In an attempt to controll the amount of sugar my children drink, and because its just plain fun, I'm making ginger beer. This is it fermenting away on day 4. I'm doing 2 lots, at once so that i have plenty for Christmas drink and gifts, I'm going to make one up with splenda for myself.
